As someone who experiences anxiety, I wanted to help those who don't understand what it feels like. It's easy to judge, but perhaps a visual aid will foster better understanding.
 
When I have anxiety, it feels like a cloud of static hangs just behind my head, out of reach, making it incredibly difficult to think clearly.
